Studies of the separation-individuation phase / Fred Pine en The psychoanalytic study of the child, Año 1963 - Vol.18 ([13/07/2020])
[artículo]
Título : Studies of the separation-individuation phase : a methodological overview Tipo de documento: texto impreso Autores: Fred Pine, Autor ; Manuel Furer, Autor Fecha de publicación: 2020 Artículo en la página: pp. 325-342 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Idioma original : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Comunicación, Individuación, Trastornos mentales, Relación padre-hijo, Interpretación psicoanalítica, Trastornos psicóticos. Resumen: We have described an interconnected group of studies bearing upon the separation-individuation process. The settings that we have evolved for observing children—a specially planned playroom for normal toddlers and a therapeutic situation for psychotic children—were described. While we are convinced that these observational settings offer rich possibilities for research, our experience is that a changing array of research strategies best allows us to take advantage of these possibilities. Título : The development of a preschool symbiotic psychotic boy Tipo de documento: texto impreso Autores: Manuel Furer, Autor Fecha de publicación: 2020 Artículo en la página: pp. 448-469 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Idioma original : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Niños preeescolaes, Psicosis simbiótica, Trastornos del comportamiento infantil, Desarrollo infantil, Ego, Relación madre-hijo, Trastornos psicóticos, Esquizofrenia. Resumen: In Malcolm's case, therapy was begun by bringing the child from his withdrawn state into a primitive relationship with the therapist as a need-satisfying object, chiefly through her communication to him of her empathy with his needs and their gratification. At the same time, she became a part of his omnipotent dual unity. Gradually she helped him to organize his experience and to explore reality, in this way fostering the libidinal cathexis of herself.
