Psychotic disorders, as defined by clinical features alone, overlap considerably in terms of symptoms, familial patterns, risk genes, outcome, and treatment response. As a result, numerous neurobiological measurements fail to distinguish patients with the most prevalent classic psychotic syndromes. |
