Describes the growth of 2 girls, identical twins reared apart, over the 1st 10 yrs of their lives, to highlight methodological and conceptual problems encountered in the course of studying them in light of the nature vs nurture issue. Both Ss developed serious disorders and were considered equivalently pathological, in that they share an impairment in the inherent impetus. |
