IN THIS PAPER I PROPOSE TO BRING TOGETHER ANALYTIC MATERIAL from three cases which made me consider possible links between genital anesthesia in the adult female and loss of genital sensation in early childhood and latency. One of the three patients was an adult, Mrs. M. The other two cases were girls in latency, Nancy, who had begun her analysis at the age of 7, and Suzanne, who had started analysis at 8 years of age. |
