[artículo]
Título : The role of cytochrome p450 2c19 activity in flunitrazepam metabolism in vivo Tipo de documento: texto impreso Autores: Inbal Gafni M., Autor ; Usoa E. Busto, Autor ; Rachel F. Tyndale, Autor Fecha de publicación: 2023 Artículo en la página: pp. 169-175 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Idioma original : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Ansiolíticos, Cromatografía líquida, Citocromo P-450 CYP2C19, Flunitrazepam. Resumen: Flunitrazepam, a hypnotic benzodiazepine, is widely prescribed around the world for the treatment of insomnia and as a preanesthetic. In vitro studies have shown that the metabolism of flunitrazepam to desmethylflunitrazepam and 3-hydroxyflunitrazepam is mediated in part by the polymorphic enzyme CYP2C19. The objective was to examine the role of CYP2C19 activity in determining flunitrazepam kinetics in vivo. Link: ./index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=31034
