Epidemiologic investigation of the relative clearance of haloperidol by mixed-effect modeling using routine clinical pharmacokinetic data in japanese patients / Eiji Yukawa en Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology, Año 2000 - Vol. 20 - No. 6 (Diciembre)
[artículo]
Título : Epidemiologic investigation of the relative clearance of haloperidol by mixed-effect modeling using routine clinical pharmacokinetic data in japanese patients Tipo de documento: texto impreso Autores: Eiji Yukawa, Autor ; Tsuyoshi Hokazono, Autor ; Akiko Funakoshi, Autor Fecha de publicación: 2023 Artículo en la página: pp. 685-690 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Idioma original : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Antipsicóticos, Haloperidol, Japón, Modelos biológicos, Esquizofrenia. Resumen: The steady-state trough concentrations of haloperidol were studied to clarify the role of the characteristics of Japanese patients in estimating haloperidol dosing regimens by using routine therapeutic drug-monitoring data. Nonlinear mixed-effects modeling (NONMEM) was used to estimate the effect of a variety of developmental and demographic factors on haloperidol clearance values using 270 serum level measurements obtained from 191 patients during their clinical course. Título : Pharmacoepidemiologic investigation of a clonazepam-carbamazepine interaction by mixed effect modeling using routine clinical pharmacokinetic data in Japanese patients Tipo de documento: texto impreso Autores: Eiji Yukawa, Autor ; Toshiharu Nonaka, Autor ; Miho Yukawa, Autor Fecha de publicación: 2023 Artículo en la página: pp. 588-593 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Idioma original : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Anticonvulsivos, Carbamazepina, Clonazepam, Interacciones farmacológicas, Japón - epidemiología, Farmacoepidemiología Resumen: Nonlinear mixed effects modeling was used to estimate the effects of clonazepam-carbamazepine interaction on clearance values using 359 serum levels gathered from 183 pediatric and adult epileptic patients (age range, 0.3–26.8 years) during their clinical routine care. Patients received the administration of clonazepam and/or carbamazepine. Link: ./index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=31105
