There are few data to guide management of agitated and aggressive psychiatrically hospitalized children. Available studies do not account for setting, age, sex, diagnosis, admission reason, or clinical intervention. Seclusion, restraint, and physical holds (S/R/H) are usually the only outcome measure. |
