Resumen: |
Racial, ethnic, and other mental health disparities have been documented for several decades. However, progress in reducing or eliminating these disparities has been slow. In this review, the authors argue that understanding and addressing mental health disparities requires using a multidimensional lens that encompasses a wide array of social determinants of health at individual, interpersonal, organizational, community, and societal levels. |
