The development story of a pair of male identical twins which follows here is based on five different pieces of evidence and their comparison with each other: 1. The detailed direct observation made in The Hampstead Nursery between their fourth month and their fourth year (Bert: 1942 to April, 1945; Bill: 1942 to September, 1945) and published in my book on Twins(1952) under the names of Bert and Bill. |
