Resumen: Extracts of St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) became increasingly popular as easily available remedies for mild to moderate depression. Comedication with hypericum extract was recently shown to drastically reduce plasma concentration of ciclosporin, digoxin, and indinavir.
